Error 90: Printer Communication Fault

Simple is not able to communicate with the printer as expected.

What to do now

Press the START button to clear this error.

What to do next

  1. Try to do a Hard Reset on the plate marking control panel and wait for the printer(s) to go online again.
  2. Check that the Ethernet cables behind the PC are all connected.
  3. Check that the network switch behind the PC is powered up.
  4. If no printer is installed or if communications cannot be re-established, disable the printers by unchecking the Enable Print Module checkboxes on the plate marking control panel.
